Your thoughts determine your actions, which determine your results. To change your thinking from wanting to having, write down what you want fifteen times a day. Simple, yes, but you are focusing your mind and directing your thoughts to what you want to manifest in your life.

It will be more powerful if you write it down in the present time. Start your list with “I am” instead of “I will”. Keep your thought completely positive. Negative thoughts will produce negative results.

Take responsibility for your “self-talk.” For one day, make a list of the words you say to yourself or about yourself. Are you saying words such as, “I can’t”, “I should”, big dummy, or my personal favorite, “I’m such an idiot.”
