You are everything that is, your thoughts,
your life, your dreams come true.
You are everything you choose to be. You are as unlimited as the endless universe.
We make hundreds of comments or statements in any given day. Anything you say out loud or to yourself give directions to your subconscious mind. Our self-talk has a lot to do with what we accomplish, how we feel and who we become.
Winners use positive self-talk to build an attitude that produces winning results. Listen to everything you say when you speak. It helps to keep a pad and pen with you at all times. Here are examples of negative self-talk, some of which I’ve caught myself using as well as what I’ve heard other people say.
1. I can’t seem to get my act together.
2. I take one step forward and two steps backward.
3. No matter how hard I try, I can’t seem to be on time.
4. I have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning.
5. Life is depressing.
Write out your own examples of negative self-talk; now write each one in a more positive way. If you haven’t written out a list, do it mentally. Reword each negative self-talk. Examine each negative thought. Think about how true it really is. Is life totally and completely depressing?
Make a list of all the good things in your life. When things go wrong, we have a tendency to focus only on what has happened. You don’t have to pretend that everything in life is wonderful. Its all about what we focus on. Not everything works out the way we want it to, but it isn’t necessary to convince yourself that everything in your life is a failure.
Remember, repeating anything that implies to your subconscious that you have failed will only convince it that failing is a pattern it should create!

This is my favorite one! I think everyone can relate! Thanks for all your positive outlook! Thanks!
